Zutek Certified Service provides service, support, and calibration carried out by trained experts who have extensive training, experience and certification as defined and prescribed by our international partners, referred to as the Original Equipment Manufacturer, the “OEM”.
Step 1
Service coordinator issues service and calibration quote provided, and PO received
Step 2
Engineer Conducts Service and Calibration
Step 3
Submission of calibration and service reports for review & approval
Step 4
Technical Manager reviews calibration and service reports
Step 5
Technical Manager approves calibration and service reports to issue certificate of calibration
Step 6
Service coordinator issues certificate of calibration and stores for record keeping and records next annual calibration date
Step 7
Technical Manager approves calibration and service reports to issue certificate of calibration
