The HFRR system should be verified at regular intervals by running two types of reference fluids as specified in the relevant test method. These ASTM reference fluids can be purchased from PCS Instruments.
- ASTM High Lubricity Reference fluid A – 0.5 li
- ASTM Low Lubricity Reference fluid B – 0.5 li
