The UltraVIS® 192 is a high-speed, solvent-free viscometer designed for rapid kinematic viscosity measurement in transparent and opaque liquids. With a 192-position sample handler across two 96-position trays, it can process up to 24 samples per hour, with analysis times typically around 2.5 minutes per test. The UltraVIS® 192 covers a viscosity range of 5 to 50 mm²/s (cSt) at 100 °C and 30 to 680 mm²/s (cSt) at 40 °C, making it ideal for applications like in-service oil analysis, fleet maintenance, and condition monitoring. The fully automated system features a large touchscreen, a robust design, and solvent-free operation, reducing labor and consumable costs. It is designed for seamless integration with other software systems and offers reliable, rapid results with low-cost HDPE sample vials and a solid bath design that requires no bath fluid.
