The TC40 is a six-position circulator bath designed for corrosion testing of engine coolants, heat transfer fluids, and EV coolants in accordance with ASTM D1384, D7935, D8040, and D8485. Metal specimens are immersed in aerated solutions for 336 hours at 88 °C, with corrosion assessed by weight loss.

The system includes six 1000 mL glass containers, stand rods with clamps, flowmeters, and tubing. It offers precise temperature control from 0 °C to 250 °C, with ±0.02 °C stability and 0.1 °C display resolution.

CE-compliant safety features include a mechanical resettable thermostat, low-liquid float protection, and a cover opening for fluid addition.

A three-position version is available for smaller-scale testing.
